What we know about Zaxbys birthday rewards
Zax Rewardz is the official Zaxbys loyalty program in the Zaxbys app. Members earn 10 points per dollar, according to the App Store listing. A birthday perk is commonly mentioned by fans, but the exact item, how long it lasts and any rules are not on a public official page that we could read. We won’t guess, so here is the honest status:
- Birthday reward item: shown in the app around your birthday
- How long it is valid: shown on the reward in the app
- Who qualifies: Zax Rewardz members with a birthday saved in their profile
How to set up your birthday in the app
- Download the official Zaxbys app and create a Zax Rewardz account.
- Open your profile or account settings.
- Add your date of birth. Many programs only let you set it once, so check it carefully.
- Turn on notifications or email so you see the reward when it arrives.
Do this well before your birthday. Many loyalty programs need the date on file in advance.
How to redeem a reward
When a reward is in your account, you can usually redeem it by adding it to an online order in the app or by scanning your app QR code at the counter. The app listing confirms QR scanning to earn and redeem. Read our Zax Rewardz guide for more on points.
Other ways to celebrate at Zaxbys
- Birthday Cake milkshake: a regular flavor in the official guide. See desserts and milkshakes.
- Party order: a Zax Packz or catering covers a crowd.
- Check the offers tab in the app for any current deals at your restaurant.
