The best Zaxbys meal deals come from Zaxbys itself, mostly through the app and Zax Rewardz. Most coupons you’ll find online are made up, so this page lists only the ways to save that we could trace to official sources.
Quick answers
- Are there working Zaxbys promo codes?
- We don’t list codes because we couldn’t confirm any from an official source. Real offers show up in the official app.
- What’s the best way to save at Zaxbys?
- Join Zax Rewardz in the official app, earn points on every order and watch for member offers.
Why we don’t publish Zaxbys promo codes
Coupon sites often list codes with no source, and many simply don’t work. We checked the codes floating around and couldn’t trace any to Zaxbys. Rather than send you to a failed checkout, we only cover offers you can see for yourself in the official app or on zaxbys.com.
Zaxbys meal deals that are always on the menu
The everyday meal deal at Zaxbys is the meal itself: plates and meals bundle chicken with crinkle fries, Texas toast and a sauce, which usually costs less than ordering each piece separately. The Big Zax Snak Meal is the smallest Fingerz meal, and a Zax Packz family meal is the best value per person for a group. Prices vary by restaurant, so compare them in the app for your store.
Official ways to save at Zaxbys
- Zax Rewardz. The loyalty program in the official app earns points on purchases. See our rewards guide.
- App sign-up offer. A free Big Zax Snak Meal for new app members has been reported. Check the app for the current offer.
- Member deals. Limited offers sometimes run for members only. For example, a dry-rub fries offer ran for members from February to April 2026.
- Email and app notifications. Opt in within the app to hear about new offers first.
Zaxbys deals that come from ordering smarter
You can often save more by choosing the right size than by hunting for a code.
- For four or more people, compare a Zax Pack with buying separate meals.
- The Big Zax Snak is a smaller plate for lighter appetites.
- Use our menu prices page to estimate the total and the cost per person before you order.
How to spot a fake Zaxbys coupon
- It asks for personal details or a survey before showing the code.
- It promises a huge discount, like 50% off everything.
- It has no link back to Zaxbys or the official app.
- The site shows dozens of codes all marked “verified today”.
Get more for your money on every order
Even without a coupon, small choices add up over a month of lunches.
- Scan every time. Points only count when the order is linked to your app account.
- Order for the group at once. One larger order is easier to compare against a pack price than several small ones.
- Skip extras you won’t eat. Extra sauces and add-ons are charged separately at many stores.
- Check the price in the app first. Our menu shows example prices, but your store sets the real ones.

Where official offers appear
Real Zaxbys offers show up in a few places: the rewards and offers screens in the app, emails if you opt in, and the official social media accounts. If you see a deal anywhere else, check it against the app before you rely on it.
Zaxbys app deals
Limited offers appear in the app’s offers or rewards tab for Zax Rewardz members. Past examples included a free Cookie Butter Shake on 1 December 2025 as part of a holiday app promotion, and rewards members getting an early dry-rub fries offer in spring 2026. These ended, but similar deals come back, so check the app before you order.
How to get a free meal at Zaxbys
The realistic ways to get a free Zaxbys meal are through Zax Rewardz: redeeming points, a sign-up offer for new app users Check the app for the current offer., or a members-only day like Veterans Day. See our Zaxbys Veterans Day guide for what was offered in past years. Be wary of “free Zaxbys” surveys or giveaways that ask for personal details; they are not run by Zaxbys.
