Zaxbys quesadillas in 2026
Zaxbys quesadillas are giant quesadillas made with Chicken Fingerz and cheese. Two versions returned on 19 January 2026, the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and the Chicken Fajita Quesadilla, and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla was featured again from 22 June 2026 as part of the summer Chicken Bacon Ranch menu (Zaxbys press release).
Quesadillas are limited-time, so they are not in the November 2025 Nutrition & Allergen Guide and we do not show calories for them. Check the official app or zaxbys.com to see if your store still has one.

- January 2026: Southern Fried Shrimp and two giant quesadillas (Chicken Bacon Ranch and Chicken Fajita) returned for a limited time.

Limited-time items that have ended in 2026

- Peaches & Cream Milkshake: ran through 26 April 2026.
- Banana Pudding Milkshake: returned 27 April and ran through 30 August 2026 (NRN).
- Dry rub fries for rewards members: through 27 April 2026. The dry rubs themselves stayed and are now permanent.

What became permanent
Not every new item disappears. In February 2026 Zaxbys made its three dry rubs (Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Nashville Hot) a regular menu option. You can add them to Fingerz, wings and more. See the dry rubs guide for calories and allergens.
How Zaxbys limited-time offers work
Limited-time offers, often called LTOs, are items sold for a set period, usually a few weeks to a season. A few things to know:
- Not every restaurant joins. Zaxbys restaurants are mostly franchised, so some stores may not carry every promotion.
- They can end early. When a store runs out of an ingredient, the item may disappear before the official end date.
- Some deals are members-only. For example, a dry-rub fries offer in spring 2026 was only for Zax Rewardz members.
- Nutrition may be missing. New items are not always in the printed guide yet, which is why some items here show no calories.
Promos we could not confirm
You may see deals like “20 wings for $20” or special milkshake flavors mentioned online. We could not find an official Zaxbys source for those, so we don’t list them as current.
