How to use the official store locator

The locator on zaxbys.com and in the official app is the only list that is updated as stores open, move or close. Here is how to get the most from it.

  1. Search by city, ZIP code or your current location.
  2. Open a store to see its address, phone number, hours and services such as drive-thru or delivery.
  3. Use the menu link on the store page to see that restaurant’s prices.
  4. Look for the milkshake finder in the app if you want a shake, since not every store may offer them.

If a store you expect to see is missing, it may not be open yet. New restaurants often appear in the locator a short time before opening day.

Where to find Zaxbys outside the usual spots

The 2026 growth plan includes non-traditional locations such as college campuses, military bases and travel centers. These stores can have shorter menus or hours that follow the venue, so check the store page before you go.

Map of Zaxbys locations

The official store locator on zaxbys.com is the most accurate Zaxbys map: it shows every open restaurant, with hours and directions. We don’t copy store lists onto this site, because new stores open every month and a copied list goes out of date quickly.
