Zaxbys chicken tenders: calories per piece
Zaxbys calls its chicken tenders Chicken Fingerz. The official guide lists five plain Fingerz at 420 calories with no sauce, which works out to about 84 calories per tender. Sauce is where the number climbs: the same five Fingerz range up to 570 calories with Hot Honey Mustard.

Does Zaxbys have grilled chicken tenders?
No. Zaxbys does not sell grilled chicken tenders, grilled chicken strips or “naked” unbreaded tenders: every Fingerz item in the November 2025 official guide is hand-breaded and fried.
